Established in 2021, our aim is to inject some fun and enthusiasm into the world of financial advice.
Being completely independent, we are able to look at mortgage products from the whole of the intermediary mortgage market. We have a broad range of insurers under our belt and are relentless in pursuit of the best deal and product to suit your needs! We use the latest technology to streamline processes and ensure matters are actioned as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Lucy Billingham
Lucy’s Financial Services journey began in 2004 when she joined Hayburn Rock Associates in a Client Support role, and she has never looked back.
She quickly achieved Mortgage, Insurance, Equity Release qualifications, as well as broadening her knowledge with Compliance examinations.
Lucy joins Ben with a shared enthusiasm of providing accessible, good quality advice, as well as complimenting the management structure with her experience in Compliance, Training & Competence and Regulatory Reporting.
Away from work – Lucy loves nothing more than escaping to Pad‘Stein’ with her husband and two energetic boxer pups; exploring the Coastal Paths and of course sampling the delicious seafood on offer.
Mortgage, Insurance & Equity Release Specialist
Jon Hoult
Jon began working in financial services in 1988 and during this time he has worked for several large banks and financial service providers.
Jon worked with Mortgages from the very start of his career and has also become a fully qualified IFA and has acheived his Diploma with the Personal Finance Society.
He brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and uses his skills and expertise to provide tailored financial advice to his clients. Throughout Jon’s career he has always put the clients needs first and this is something he is committed to doing.
Away from work – Jon has a passion for local history and is a member of The National Trust and English Heritage along with several Wildlife Charities. He is a cricket, tennis and football enthusiast and helps to run local youth teams. Jon also enjoys golf and hiking and as a result has a great knowledge of country and coastal pubs around the country.

Saima Riaz
Saima has been working in Financial Services since 2018. During this time she has worked for a large bank before studying independently and gaining her CeMAP qualifications.
Once qualified, Saima worked for a large corporate firm where she gained valuable experience which she can now apply at Orchard Financial Advisers.
Saima specialises in Mortgages and Insurance. She is very hard working, driven and she is passionate about helping clients to achieve their goals.
Away from work Saima enjoys playing football, trying new restaurants, shopping and taking spontaneous trips.

Lance Flowers
Lance left a job in direct sales and joined the world of Finance in 2020 when he started at HSBC. There he gained a great deal of knowledge and experience and qualified as a Mortgage Adviser shortly after in 2021 before joining London and Country.
He took the opportunity to join Orchard Financial Advisers as he wanted to provide more holistic advice and take the time to ensure customers are well looked after. He also plans to broaden the knowledge that he has gained so far.
Lance is a cheerful character and enjoys building a good rapport with his clients, he will go above and beyond to help them achieve their financial goals.
Away from work – Lance enjoys live music and will attend gigs regularly. He loves spending time with his wife and their Sausage Dog, Dasher and you will often see them enjoying long countryside walks.
Office Manager
Keeley Fellows
Keeley has worked in Customer Services for over 20 years and joins us as Office Manager.
She will provide support to advisers and customers to ensure cases keep moving forward.
In 2017 Keeley left IHG where she was a Manager and began working in the client support team at Hayburn Rock where she met Ben. She is hard working, has an in-depth understanding of the mortgage process and works proactively to resolve issues.
Keeley always has a smile on her face and her caring nature means she always goes out of her way to help her clients.
Away from work – Keeley loves to have a G&T with family and friends and spend time with the love of her life… her dog Freddie!
Mortgage & Insurance Administrator
Leanne Cartwright
Leanne joins us as a Mortgage and Insurance Administrator after having a 15 year career in the Retail Industry.
She will be working on Wednesdays and Thursdays and will help to drive cases to completion for clients.
Over the years Leanne has worked for Warehouse, Phase Eight and Capital where she was a Duty Manager. Her time in retail has provided her with a huge amount of customer service experience. Leanne is definitely a people person and she enjoys helping customers.
Leanne is hard working, efficient and always positive. She is great fun to be around and always has a smile on her face.
Away from work – Leanne loves spending time with her husband Dave, children Will and Emi and their dog Maisie. When she gets the chance Leanne loves to go out socialising and dancing with friends.
